Training Courses
Code of Conduct: All participants are encouraged to make every effort to maintain progress in their training while being assured our staff will provide necessary support to attain this. Our courses are only conducted by qualified and experienced trainers. Participants will be assessed objectively and fairly to determine their competency and understanding of the material.

Enrolment Conditions: Just First Aid reserves the right to determine registration fees for courses.
Access to Just First Aid Courses is subject to:
Course entry requirements being met and availability of classes
Course registration fees are payable in advance and should be made payable to Affordable First Aid
Sufficient enrolments in the class

Refund Policy: A full refund will be given if: Just First Aid cancels a course or you give us written notice 7 days prior to the course. A 50% refund will be given if: When a participant withdraws from a course giving less than 7 days notice
No refund will be given for: Failure to attend without notice or participants who leave before finishing the course
Refunds will only be made to the party making the original payment.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is respected by Just First Aid; information collected will only be used in course administration and may only be provided to training staff. You will normally be reminded when your current certificate expires.

First Aid Supplies
Delivery Policy: It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

When requested we will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Refund Policy: If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our address in its original undamaged condition.

Just First Aid will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account. When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

All credit card payments are processed securely through the DirectOne Payment Gateway and ANZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is not clearance delay. Just First Aid does not store any credit card information on our servers.

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Our payment options available are varied, but most importantly safe and secure. We offer Credit Card processing; Direct Deposit as well as payment by Cheque and Money Orders. Credit Card payments are made directly through DirectOne's 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored; this ensures you will be happy with your transaction.
